Tamir Young is an accomplished corporate attorney, fierce negotiator and prominent litigator.  Tamir has built a reputation as a creative problem-solver, analytical thinker and relentless advocate for his clients and has provided legal and business advice to companies, executives and entrepreneurs worldwide in a broad range of industries including media, tech, healthcare, sports and entertainment, finance, retail, hospitality, real estate and more.

During the course of his career, Tamir has represented, individually or through his law firms, media and telecom giants (Disney, Vivendi, Lucent Technologies), large financial institutions (NYSE, AMEX, JP MorganChase), global real estate funds (GLP/IIT), airlines (United Air Lines), global manufacturers (Toray), hotel & hospitality brands and countless mid-market and small businesses, as well as professional athletes and coaches (Barry Sanders, Bill Belichick, NFL, NBA and MLS players).  Tamir serves as an outside General Counsel for startups and mid-cap companies and as an adviser to numerous high net worth individuals, who rely on his intelligence, practical approach, legal mind and business instincts to shape their decision-making.

Tamir credits his success to his mentors and hard work at prestigious global law firms Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP and Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP, where he focused on complex commercial litigation and participated in several high-profile jury trials and appeals.  Tamir developed extensive experience in corporate and transactional work, having guided many successful startups from inception and structured and negotiated many complex commercial contracts and transactions, including M&A, licensing, service agreements and employment agreements.

Tamir earned his Juris Doctor at the George Washington School of Law and holds an undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University, where he was a University Scholar and Big Ten Champion on the varsity soccer team.  Tamir currently resides on Long Island with his wife and three boys, remains an avid soccer fan and is dedicated to pro bono and community causes.
